Instructions:
Shape and file nails. Apply a protective base coat and cure for 60 seconds. Apply a thin layer of decal glue, cure 60 seconds. Rub decal evenly and repeatedly. Apply a top coat twice: cure once at 10 seconds then 60 seconds.
