Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, be labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@lookyboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Per our policy, products are a final sale and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Any purchase of custom product is also a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you have received a damaged product, in order to facilitate the return and exchange process, please let us know in advance what the problem is by sending an email to contact@lookyboutique.com, including your name and invoice number. If we do not receive said email, we will not be able to process your request and your product will be returned to the original shipping address without exchange.

ELLE R COSMÉTIQUES INC. will refund shipping charges for a defective product returned to us while shipping charges will not be refunded in the event that the returned and inspected product has no defect.

When shipping your return and exchange, please place the product in its original packaging.

The product can only be exchanged for the same model and size, subject to availability and only via prior email request to ELLE R COSMÉTIQUES INC. No refunds will be issued.

The product must be returned with their original tags attached and packaging, along with the receipt.

ELLE R COSMÉTIQUES INC. reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy. In this case, the product will be returned to you.
