Instructions: Apply the silicone pad on a clean and dry area. Leave on for a minimum of 1 hour daily. For optimal results, leave on for 6 hours or overnight. Remove gently. Clean the silicone pad with clear water, making sure not to damage its adhesive. Let air dry. Once dry, put the silicone pad back on the plastic film to protect its adhesive side. Reusable up to 30 times depending on the use. Warning: Not to be applied on irritated, burned or highly allergenic skin.
